Solresol is a speculative research based project looking into constructed semiotics and its influence on language and cryptography. Discovering the first ever constructed language I follow its time line from popularity to dormancy to contemporary revival as a language that now exists only on the internet. The full structure of the language and its grammar are explored and this is taken further by speculating the future form of the language in a digital space. I question language endangerment and whether this permanent understanding of extinction may only be temporary as revival becomes a more prominent process as the increase of digital communities and lexicons develop.
